At FDZ jewellers, all our shipping is tracked.

Evri Standard Free Delivery - (3-5 Working Days) 
Evri Next Day Delivery* - £3.99  

FDZ ships to our UK customers with duty & taxes paid, you will not be charged any customs fee. 

FAILED DELIVERY  

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to issues such as an incorrect address or the absence of the receiver, or if the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender (FDZ) at the customer's expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred; these amounts will be deducted from the order total before any refund is issued. 

You have not Received items, or some are Missing. 

If your delivery is lost, missing, or undelivered, a claim must be made within 10 days from the order date with Evri.  

You have not received your items, but the tracking shows it is delivered.  

Please note that we do not refund or replace items marked as delivered by the courier. Therefore, we strongly recommend having items delivered to a secure address.
