Returns & Refunds

START YOUR RETURN 

To start your order, please email us at fadezthejeweller@outlook.com with the subject ‘return’ and your order number, and the reason for the return. This helps us improve to make sure next time you purchase, you do not have any problems.  

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns and the payment method and details will be provided in the response email.  

Once the payment has been complete and we have processed your return in our system you will be emailed with a shipping label available for you to download and the nearest drop off points to your address.  

Your parcel is then ready to be dropped-off at your nearest drop-off point.  

REFUNDS 

If the item is still in its original condition with all the original packaging and returned to us within 14 days of you placing your order, we will provide a full refund of the order.  

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days to when the process has started (if you are eligible for a refund). After we have sent out your refund, you will receive an email notification.
